Cancellation & Refund

The cancellation and refund policy for MailDex subscriptions and credit purchases.

This policy outlines how MailDex handles subscription cancellation, prepaid credit usage, and refund eligibility. MailDex is operated by MeshDex Private Limited.

Subscription Cancellation

Users may request cancellation of an active subscription through the billing section of the MailDex dashboard.

Where supported by the active billing flow, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Credit Purchases

Prepaid credits are intended for immediate platform use and generally are not refundable once purchased and credited to the account.

Credits already consumed for verification actions are non-reversible.

Refund Exceptions

Refund requests may be reviewed in cases of duplicate payment, confirmed technical billing error, or unauthorized transaction subject to verification.

Approved exceptions are processed at the sole discretion of MeshDex Private Limited and may be subject to payment-provider timelines.
