MailDex offers both one-time credit packs and recurring subscription plans. This pricing policy explains how charges, renewals, included usage, and plan changes work across the platform.
Credit packs are prepaid and carry unlimited validity unless otherwise stated in a written promotional offer.
Credits are deducted when verification actions are executed on the platform.
Displayed pricing is presented before checkout and may include applicable taxes or statutory charges as required by law.
MailDex subscription plans may be offered on monthly or yearly billing cycles.
Included credits, plan pricing, and renewal timing are shown in the billing area before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle or unless cancellation at period end has already been scheduled.
When a user upgrades or changes a plan, MailDex may show an estimated billing adjustment based on remaining plan value and the target subscription amount.
Adjustment previews are estimates and final payment amounts depend on payment-gateway confirmation and applicable billing rules.
MeshDex Private Limited may update pricing, plan composition, or feature packaging over time. Any such changes apply prospectively and are reflected in the active checkout or billing experience before a new purchase or renewal takes place.
